Each price is for the private vehicle and up to 4 guests on a standard route; 5 to 7 guests travel in a people mover from the next band, and the written quote confirms the total. Two or three of you? The vehicle is still yours at the same price. The Saturday Great Ocean Road tour is the one product sold by the seat.

Route fit, vehicle fit, timing, inclusions, exclusions and the final total are confirmed in a personalised written quote after enquiry. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Parking and road tolls on the agreed route are included. Unusual route costs are separate unless the quote lists them as included.
- There is no weekend surcharge — Saturdays and Sundays price the same as weekdays.
- Child seats are charged per seat and booked ahead; the price is in the written quote.
- Free cancellation up to forty-eight hours before pickup, and no booking fee.
- A small deposit of A$100 for each day booked holds your dates once you accept the written quote. It comes off the total and is fully refundable up to forty-eight hours before pickup.
- The rest is paid on the day, by card (secure link), bank transfer or cash. Bookings made within forty-eight hours of the trip simply pay on the day.
- Before the day we set up a WhatsApp group with you, your driver and us, with the driver's name and mobile.
- Book 2 or more days in one quote and the second and later days are 10% off.
If the total is higher, the quote must explain why.
The written quote confirms the agreed route, timing, vehicle fit, inclusions, exclusions and final total for the specific request.
Usually separate: Paid entries, booked by you unless your written quote lists them; Meals, drinks, accommodation and personal purchases; Time or travel beyond the written route and reserved window.

Yes, you can book two or three day tours together. Put every day in one written quote: each day has its own route, pickup time and total. Book 2 or more days in one quote and the second and later days are 10% off. The 10% comes off the lower-priced day or days; the highest-priced day in the quote stays at full price.
