Which route should first-time visitors choose?
Choose by priority: Great Ocean Road for a coastal route, Phillip Island for booked wildlife experiences, Yarra Valley for a food, art or wildlife corridor, or Melbourne for a city route. Route fit, timing and stops are confirmed in writing.
How is the final total confirmed?

Are meals and attraction tickets included?

Send the exact adults, children and ages, child-seat needs, luggage and mobility equipment. Serene confirms suitable seating and luggage fit before booking.
Can pickup be from a hotel or airport?
Tell us the requested pickup and drop-off area. The written quote confirms whether it fits the route scope and whether any additional travel changes the total.
Is there a tour guide with us?
Your driver is your guide for the day. They take you to the places you have chosen, know the routes and the stops, and will tell you about what you are seeing along the way. What they are not is a badged guide reading a script at each attraction — and most people booking a private day prefer it that way, because you set the pace instead of following one. If your group specifically wants a licensed guide, say so with your enquiry and we will tell you plainly whether it can be arranged for your date.
How late can we book?
Later than most people expect. Bookings have been confirmed with a few days' notice and sometimes less, subject to a vehicle and driver being free. Ask — the worst answer is that the date is taken.
