Starting examples include our existing multi-day saving. The 10% comes off the lower-priced day or days; the highest-priced day in the quote stays at full price. Dates, pickup area, route, reserved time and vehicle fit are checked before we confirm your total.
- Included: private vehicle and driver, agreed hotel pickups, parking and road tolls on the agreed touring routes.
- Airport legs: arrival, departure or both are quoted separately and can be included in the same written plan. Inside-terminal meet and greet is available on request, included in the confirmed airport total.
- Separate: meals, accommodation, attraction tickets and a dedicated tour guide. Requested child seats and any agreed additions are included in your final written total before you accept.

Your written quote has a defined scope.
Route fit, vehicle fit, timing, inclusions, exclusions and the final total are confirmed in a personalised written quote after enquiry. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Parking and road tolls on the agreed route are included. Unusual route costs are separate unless the quote lists them as included.
- There is no weekend surcharge — Saturdays and Sundays price the same as weekdays.
- Child seats are charged per seat and booked ahead; the price is in the written quote.
- Free cancellation up to forty-eight hours before pickup, and no booking fee.
- A small deposit of A$100 for each day booked holds your dates once you accept the written quote. It comes off the total and is fully refundable up to forty-eight hours before pickup.
- The rest is paid on the day, by card (secure link), bank transfer or cash. Bookings made within forty-eight hours of the trip simply pay on the day.
- Before the day we set up a WhatsApp group with you, your driver and us, with the driver's name and mobile.
- Book 2 or more days in one quote and the second and later days are 10% off.
If the total is higher, the quote must explain why.

On the Saturday Great Ocean Road tour we stop for Dhuhr at the Twelve Apostles, and you are back in the city before Maghrib with time to pray Asr (October to March).
Is the food halal?
We plan dining stops at halal restaurants you choose, or you can bring your own food. On the Saturday tour we point out halal-friendly lunch options in Apollo Bay. Meals are at your own cost unless your written quote lists them, and we do not claim halal certification for any venue.
Where is the halal food on each route?
We point out halal-friendly options at the meal stop of each route: Apollo Bay on the Great Ocean Road, Cowes on Phillip Island, St Kilda and Balaclava on the city tour, Healesville on the Yarra Valley and Healesville days, Sassafras or Olinda on the Puffing Billy day and Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula. Choice is limited in the small towns, so you can also bring a packed meal. We do not claim halal certification for any venue.
Do you stop at wineries or breweries?
No. The Saturday Great Ocean Road tour and every private day we publish are alcohol-free, with no winery, brewery or cellar-door stops.
Do you only serve Muslim travellers?
No. Everyone is welcome. Muslim families simply find prayer timing and dining stops already part of the planning; Serene does not supply or guarantee meals.

Which route should first-time visitors choose?
Choose by priority: the Great Ocean Road for the coast and the Twelve Apostles, Phillip Island for wildlife and the Penguin Parade, the Yarra Valley for chocolate, Healesville, a river walk and the redwoods, or Melbourne city for laneways and markets. Route fit, timing and stops are confirmed in writing.

Is there a tour guide with us?
Your private vehicle and driver come with local destination knowledge and practical advice. Your driver transports your group safely, waits while you explore and collects you at agreed places and times, within the agreed route and reserved window. The standard service does not include a tour guide or conducted guided visits. A separate guide can be arranged at extra cost, subject to availability and a written quote before booking.
How late can we book?
Later than most people expect. Bookings have been confirmed with a few days' notice and sometimes less, subject to a vehicle and driver being free. Ask — the worst answer is that the date is taken.
