How do I get a price for minibus or group transport?
Ask for a quote. This page shows no prices because every group job is different: the date, the times, the distance, the number of runs and the vehicles all change the total. Send your details with the quote form or on WhatsApp and you get a written quote with the vehicles, times and total. Nothing is booked until you accept it and we confirm in writing.
Can I hire a 12-seater minibus with a driver in Melbourne?
Yes. Our accredited bus partners run minibuses with 11 to 14 seats, so tell us exactly how many people are travelling and, where one is available, the written quote confirms a minibus with enough seats. Smaller groups can use a sedan or SUV (1 to 4 guests) or a people mover (up to 7 guests). Larger groups travel in several vehicles together, for example two minibuses.
Do you do group transfers from Melbourne Airport and Avalon?
Yes, to and from Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) and Avalon Airport. Send the flight numbers, arrival or departure times, the number of guests and the number of bags. The written quote confirms the vehicles, the pickup details and the total.
How much luggage can we bring?
Tell us how many bags, and anything large such as sports gear, prams or wedding items. Luggage changes which vehicle fits, so a big group with a lot of luggage may need a larger vehicle or one more vehicle. The vehicles are confirmed in the written quote.
Can children travel with the group?
Yes. Tell us how many children are travelling and the age of each child. The child restraints they need are checked and confirmed in the written quote before anything is booked.
How does wedding transport work?
Send the addresses and times for the ceremony, the photos and the reception, and how many guests need a ride. The guest shuttle runs and any car for the family are planned around that schedule and listed in the written quote. Wedding dates can book up, so ask early.

Yes. The written quote lists each trip, the pickup times, the vehicles and the total, so it can go through your company's approval process before anything is booked. Add the company name and the contact person when you send your details.
How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give, especially for a minibus, a wedding or a busy date. Short-notice requests are still worth sending: we check what is free and the written quote confirms it.
