“We booked a private Great Ocean Road day trip with Serene Charters and it was one of the better private tour experiences we’ve had out of Melbourne.
The process was straightforward: clear written quote after they checked our group size, pickup point, preferred stops and timing. No surprise extras or vague “prices may vary” talk. On the day the driver was punctual, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the pace was genuinely flexible, we lingered at the stops we wanted and skipped what we didn’t without any pressure. He knew the route well and shared useful local bits without turning it into a scripted commentary.
They also handled a couple of small requests, rest stops, timing around a preferred lunch spot without fuss. Communication before and after was easy via WhatsApp.”
