Up to 7 guests in a modern people mover, with room for the dress, the flowers and the photographer's bags. Photo stops are planned into the run sheet.

Door-to-door pickups for parents and grandparents, so nobody drives a country road at night. Child seats for the little ones are fitted at no extra charge.
End-of-night runs
A late run from the reception back to the hotels, at the time you set. We wait at the venue if the quote says so, and the pickup time and place are in the run sheet.

- Priced per vehicle and per run sheet, not per guest. What moves the price: the hours, the distance, standby time at the venue and a late finish.
- A written quote before you book. Regional travel to the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula or the Dandenongs is quoted, never added as a surprise.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Parking and road tolls on the agreed route are included.
- Pay by card (Stripe) or payment link before the day. Wedding dates book out, so ask early: a quote holds nothing until it is accepted.

We draft the runs with times, the vehicles and the total in one written quote. Change it as the plan firms up; the quote is updated in writing.

Confirm well ahead
Accept the quote and pay by card or payment link. We confirm the run sheet, with every pickup time and place, in writing before the day, and set up a WhatsApp group with you, the driver and us, with the driver's name and mobile.

Do you do wedding car hire in Melbourne?
Not classic cars or limousines. We provide modern vehicles with a private driver: a sedan or SUV for up to 4, a people mover for the bridal party of up to 7, and an 11-seat minibus for guest shuttles. You can book them together on one run sheet. We do not supply decorations, champagne, a bar or a red carpet.
How many guests fit in one minibus, and how many loops can it do?
Eleven guests plus the driver. How many loops fit in an hour depends on the distance between the hotel, the ceremony and the reception; we work it out from your addresses and put the times in the run sheet. For a bigger group, two minibuses run together.
Will the dress fit in the people mover?
Yes. The people mover seats up to 7 guests and has room for the dress, the flowers and bags. Tell us how many are travelling with the couple so the seats and the space are confirmed in writing.
Can you wait at the venue all night for the late run?
Yes, when standby is in the quote. Tell us the finish time and whether you want the vehicle to wait at the venue or return for the late run; the quote shows the cost of each.
What if the ceremony runs late?
The driver stays with the run sheet. If the timetable moves, extra time is agreed in writing before it is charged.
Do you do the Yarra Valley, the Mornington Peninsula and the Dandenongs?
Yes, and the Macedon Ranges, the Bellarine and Phillip Island too. Regional travel is part of the written quote based on the distance, so there is no surprise on the day.
Can you pick up guests from several hotels?
Yes. List the hotels and how many guests at each, and the run sheet sets a pickup time for each one. Guests get the time from you; the driver has the list.
Can you do the morning-after airport run?
Yes. Send the flight and the hotel and it is added to the quote as a separate run, priced like our airport transfers.
