1.Information We Collect

When you book a tour or make an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any preferences you share with us.
We may also collect your broad current planning location (outside Australia, interstate Australia, Victoria or undisclosed), accommodation address for pickup purposes, group size, and any special requirements you mention.
When you arrive through an advertising or campaign link, we record the landing page, submission page, approved UTM campaign fields and the Google click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) alongside your enquiry, so we can tell which advertising produced it. If you decline optional cookies, none of this is recorded.
Optional cookies are exactly that — optional, and never required to contact us or request a quote. If you decline, no measurement or analytics tool loads at all. If you have not yet answered the banner, measurement tools load in a cookieless mode: they set no cookies and cannot identify you, and campaign details are held only for the current browser tab. Choosing Allow optional cookies enables full measurement, including cookies.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share necessary details with the assigned driver only after service arrangements require it.
We use Convex for durable enquiry storage and Resend for transactional email delivery. We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure advertising and website performance, and PostHog to understand how visitors move through the site. Where these tools receive data before you have accepted optional cookies, they receive it in a cookieless form that cannot identify you. Session recordings in PostHog mask all form fields, so anything you type — name, email, phone number — is never captured.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information.
We use reasonable safeguards for the personal information handled through our enquiry and service-coordination process.
We limit access to the owner, authorised operators and service providers who need it to assess or deliver the requested service.
We keep enquiry and attribution records only as long as reasonably needed for quoting, service coordination, record-keeping, security and legal obligations.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you.
You can request correction of any inaccurate information.
You can request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
You can allow or decline optional advertising measurement on the website. If you decline, the Google Ads tag is not loaded and campaign or click identifiers are not stored with your enquiry. Declining will not prevent you from contacting us directly.
