The operational terms for private travel booked with Serene Charters.

1.Written Quote & Booking Confirmation

Serene Charters provides private transport with route and timing support. Each trip is priced after the travel date, route, reserved time, party, luggage, vehicle availability and requested inclusions have been checked.
Your written quote lists the agreed service, inclusions, exclusions and total price. It replaces informal messages or online examples for that booking.
A booking is confirmed only after availability and the agreed route, vehicle and quote details have been checked and Serene Charters has sent written booking confirmation. A request, quote or verbal discussion alone does not confirm a booking.
All prices are in Australian Dollars unless the written quote states otherwise.

Private trips are planned around the agreed route and reserved time. Your driver guides you through the day and shares what they know about the route and the stops. A badged guide giving formal commentary is included only when the written quote expressly says so.
Example itineraries, attraction suggestions and indicative timings on the website are planning ideas only. The final route, timing, vehicle and inclusions are confirmed in the written quote.
Tell us as early as possible if your party, children, luggage, pickup, route or timing changes. Changes are subject to vehicle and supplier availability, road conditions, attraction hours and any revised written price.
Parking and road tolls on the agreed route are included. Attractions, tickets, food and unusual route costs are separate unless the written quote expressly lists them as included.

The applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are stated in the written quote before the booking is confirmed.
Before approving a quote, please read those specific terms carefully and ask any questions in writing.
If a safety, road, weather, supplier or operational issue materially affects the agreed service, Serene will discuss practical alternatives or the applicable written terms with you.

Vehicle fit depends on the exact party, children, luggage, route and availability. A vehicle, seating arrangement, child seat, meet-and-greet, flight-monitoring feature or group capacity is included only when confirmed in writing for your booking.
Please provide accurate passenger, child-age, luggage, accessibility and mobility information before a quote is confirmed. Changes may affect feasibility or price.
Food, rest or prayer timing can be discussed as part of route planning. Serene does not provide or guarantee meals unless they are expressly listed in the written quote.

Guests must be ready at the agreed pickup time and follow reasonable safety directions during travel.
Guests are responsible for personal belongings and for complying with venue, attraction and applicable law requirements.
Guests must behave respectfully toward drivers, suppliers and other people encountered during the trip.

We use enquiry and booking information to assess, quote, coordinate and confirm the requested service. Do not submit card, bank-account or other unnecessary sensitive financial details through website forms.
