Worth knowing before you book
- Sovereign Hill is a large site and easily fills most of a day on its own. Tell us if you want it alone or combined with another stop, and we will say honestly whether both fit.
- Check current opening hours and any timed sessions yourself before the day, and book your own entry.
- The gardens and the lake are free and work well when the weather is good.
Who this suits: Families with school-age children, and anyone interested in Australian history. Less suited to a group wanting several regions in one day.
