How much fits into one day?
One main area, comfortably. A second nearby area sometimes, if the two sit on the same road. What does not work is combining a long-drive destination with a city day — the Great Ocean Road alone is about ten hours door to door from Melbourne, so it cannot be added to an afternoon.
Can we start late and still see a lot?
For the areas close to Melbourne, yes. For the long-drive destinations a late start is the one thing that cannot be recovered, because the return leg does not get shorter. If your start time is fixed, tell us and we will say honestly which destinations still work.
How late can we book?
Later than most people expect. Bookings have been confirmed with a few days' notice and sometimes less, subject to a vehicle and driver being free. Ask — the worst answer is that the date is taken.
Is there a tour guide with us?
Your driver shares what they know about the places you pass and stop at — the story of the road, what you are looking at, and which stop is worth the extra ten minutes. That is a driver talking from experience, not a qualified guide delivering a scripted commentary at each attraction. If your group needs a licensed guide, say so with your enquiry and we will tell you plainly whether it can be arranged for your date. Beyond that you get the practical things a good driver knows: which stop to do first, how long you realistically have at each one, where to park, and what to skip if the day runs late.

- Free cancellation up to twenty-four hours before travel, and no booking fee.

Can we choose somewhere that is not on your tour list?
Yes — that is what this page is for. Send the places you want and we will tell you which combination works as one day, which needs two, and what the total is. If something is not practical we will say so rather than take the booking and disappoint you.
What if we do not know where we want to go yet?
Tell us who is travelling, how long you have, and what you enjoy — coast, wildlife, food, snow, history, or somewhere the children will not get bored. We will suggest two or three days that fit and let you pick.
Do you charge per person or for the vehicle?
For the vehicle. A group of four and a group of one start from the same figure, and larger parties move to a larger vehicle with its own starting rate. Nothing changes because one more person joins, as long as the seating still fits.
We are travelling with young children. Is that a problem?
It is the most common booking there is. Send each child's age and we fit the right restraints at no extra charge, then plan the stops around the fact that small children do not last ten hours without a proper break.
Can the day include prayer stops and halal food?
Yes, and it is planned into the route rather than treated as an interruption. Tell us your prayer times and where you would like to eat; meals are paid by you and are not included unless your written quote says so.
